A manufacturing method of a truss half free cast pre-stressed concrete panel is provided to effectively cope with the load increase by constructing an optimum truss. A manufacturing method of a truss half free cast pre-stressed concrete panel is composed of steps for applying the predetermined compressive force to only a concrete panel part in a girder structure, and constructing a truss composed of a concrete panel(7) used as a lower chord, a bent reinforcing bar used as a middle member(4), and reinforcing bars of a cast-in-place slab used as an upper chord.
