A roller hemming device is provided to remove a risk factor of a safety accident and the productivity degradation as a separate clamping unit is no need to be installed on a jig. A roller hemming device(10) comprises: a jig(20) supporting an inner panel(3) and an outer panel(5); a rotary unit(11) adhered at an arm leading end(1) of a multi-articulation robot; a pressurizing cylinder(13) located on the lower part of the rotary unit; and an assistant pressure device(30) located on one side of the rotary unit. The assistant pressure device includes: a secondary pressurizing cylinder(35) downward mounted on the lower part of a frame(31); and a pressure ball(33) contacting to one side of the inner panel top part in order to pressurize when a supplementary pressurizing cylinder operates.
