A method for preparing liquid extract, tea and soft candy containing active ingredients of Taraxacum coreanum is provided to show excellent effects of improving diuretic, stomachic, antioxidant and liver functions. A method for preparing liquid extract, tea and soft candy containing active ingredients of Taraxacum coreanum comprises the following steps of: mixing Taraxacum coreanum, Lonicerae Flos, Licorice root and Zizyphus Fruit in a ratio of 85-92:1.0-3.5:0.3-1.0:1.0-3.5; extracting the mixture at 80-105°C for 4-6 hours; and vacuum-concentrating the extracts to produce liquid extracts. The soft candy is prepared by mixing the liquid extracts and caramel base and molding the mixture.
