<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parental control system for easily changing a parental control level. <P>SOLUTION: On the basis of an application from a rear seat first controller 200 or a rear seat second controller 300, an equipment side parental control level of the rear seat first controller 200 or the rear seat second controller 300 can be changed at a front seat controller 100.
