<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic file approval management system by which an approval procedure of a paper document completes without time and effort for an approver putting a seal on a paper document printed by a creator. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic file approval management system has: an information terminal device for electronic file creators which is provided with an electronic file creation part and electronic information transmitting and receiving part which transmits and receives electronic information; and an information terminal device for print approvers which is provided with an input part for electronic file approval, a first print data conversion part which converts an electronic file into a first print data, a first approval information extraction part which extracts a first approval information on the electronic file, an approval key creation part which creates an approval key, and an electronic information transmitting and receiving part which transmits and receives electronic information. The information terminal device for electronic file creators is further provided with: a second print data conversion part which converts the electronic file into a second print data; a second approval information extraction part which extracts second approval information; and an approval key authentication part which collates the second approval information and the approval key and judges propriety of print approval. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
