<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To start only a service provision device for providing prescribed service among inactive service provision devices. <P>SOLUTION: A service reading instruction transmission part 232 inquires about available service of servers 10A-10C. A transmission part 213 transmits service information to a client computer 20. The client computer 20 detects the server providing the prescribed service from the received service information.
