PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that an insulation distance between windings and a stator core in slits becomes shorter because the space factor of the windings inserted into the slots increases to improve the efficiency of a DC brushless motor and that a leakage current increases in a washing machine operated in an environment of comparatively high humidity. SOLUTION: This invention solves the problems above by providing a DC brushless motor, in which teeth ends of a stator are shaped into a non-concentric circle to the outer shape of a rotor. A gap is provided between a concentric circle inscribed on the teeth ends and teeth ends of the stator by shaping teeth ends facing the rotor into an inverse circular arc, and an insulation distance between the windings and the stator core is increased by passing an insulator, which insulates the windings, from the inside of slots to the gap through the slits and by integrally molding the stator core with a resin.
