PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waiting time for relaying a high priority message frame. SOLUTION: A mobile relay connection unit 10 for relaying a message frame that is transmitted and received between ECUs belonging to different buses 31 by allowing each of ECUs 30 to be disposed between CAN communication buses 31 connected thereto includes a receiving portion 16 for receiving the message frame from ECUs, a buffer portion 12 for accommodating the message frame in the receiving order, a control portion 17 for controlling the transmitting order of the message frame, a relay processing portion 13 for relaying the message frame in the transmitting order processed by the control portion 17, and a transmitting portion 15 for transmitting the message frame in the transmitting order processed by the relay processing portion 13. In the relay connection unit, the control portion 17 changes the transmitting order of a plurality of the message frames according to the priority if the message frame to be transmitted from the transmitting portion 15 is not transmitted to the buses 31 within a predetermined time.
