PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a CCD (charge coupled device) output signal processing circuit configured to be capable of keeping the output waveform of a CCD imaging element favorable even when the driving frequency of the CCD imaging element is changed. SOLUTION: The output signal of the CCD imaging element 2 is supplied to a load circuit consisting of FET 11 and is derived out of an output terminal 4 through an emitter follower circuit consisting transistors 21. The resistance value of the load circuit can be switched by controlling switching transistors 12, 13. On the other hand, the resistance value of an emitter follower can be switched by controlling switching transistors 22, 23. When the driving frequency of the CCD imaging element 2 is switched, the resistance value of a resistor provided in the load circuit and the resistance value of emitter resistor of the emitter follower circuit are switched in accordance with it.
