摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a side lobe level without having physical and mechanical restrictions. SOLUTION: Antenna elements 11, 12 have in-phase uniform amplitude distribution, equal opening shapes and distribution amplitude, an opening length a<SB>X</SB>and a width a<SB>Y</SB>in an X-axis direction on an X-Y plane, wherein a reference phase is the same. At such a time, a deviation amount d<SB>X</SB>between the arrangements of the two antennas 11, 12 in the X-axis direction is appropriately set, and thereby adjusting the side lobe level in directivity of an X-Z cut plane. In particular, the deviation amount d<SB>X</SB>is made less than the opening length a<SB>X</SB>, and thereby reducing the side lobe level. According to this arrangement, the side lobe level can be reduced on the X-Z cut plane compared with a single antenna and further, a beam width is also reduced. Moreover, a directivity level other than a main lobe can be suppressed lower than or equal to the directivity level of the single antenna in any azimuth, and a gain can be improved.
