PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crime prevention mat which makes sound when a person rides on it and steps on with the feet. SOLUTION: The crime prevention mat is constituted so that a whistle blows by going in and out of the air when an upper sheet is stepped and a foot is released by inserting a plurality of elastic materials between the upper sheet and a lower sheet, and making a hole on one side of each elastic material to insert the whistle into it.
