PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To judge expression of a face of an object person with high accuracy. SOLUTION: This expression estimation device is provided with: an imaging apparatus 4 which photographs face images of a driver 2; a feature point output part 8 which extracts a plurality of feature points of the face from among the face images picked up by the imaging apparatus 4; and an expression estimation part 9 which estimates the expression of the face of the object person according to variation of the feature points from positions of the plurality of feature points extracted from the normal face images of the object person to positions of the extracted feature points.
