摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electro-wetting display device, having an aperture ratio and not wasting power consumption more than fixed. SOLUTION: This electro-wetting display device includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed opposite to each other; a plurality of projections disposed in a lattice structure on the opposite surface side of the second substrate to define a plurality of pixel units; a first non-conductive fluid enclosed in the pixel unit between two projections adjacent to each other; and a second conductive or polar liquid fluid enclosed between the first fluid and the first substrate and not mixing each other. Each pixel unit includes a first short side and a second short side which are parallel to each other, two long sides intersecting the two short sides, a common signal line disposed adjacent to the first short side parallel between two short sides and having a common electrode pad extended from the side adjacent to the first short side, a storage capacitor, and at least one thin film transistor.
