MULTILAYERED ADHESIVE FILM, COVERLAY FILM USING IT, AND MULTILAYERED ADHESIVE FILM WITH COPPER FOIL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered adhesive film having sufficient adhesive strength to two different materials, which are metal foil and a plastic film, and to provide a coverlay film and a multilayered adhesive film with copper foil. SOLUTION: In the multilayered adhesive film 14, at least a first thermosetting adhesive layer 11 having adhesive strength 3N/10 mm or more (at 23°C) to a plastic film 13 and a second thermosetting adhesive layer 12 having adhesive strength 3N/10 mm or more (at 23°C) to a smooth surface of the metal foil are formed on the outer layer. The coverlay film 10 is produced by laminating the plastic film 13 onto the first thermosetting adhesive layer 11 side of the multilayered adhesive film. The multilayered adhesive film with copper foil 19 is produced by laminating copper foil onto the second thermosetting adhesive layer 12 side of the multilayered adhesive film.
