PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sensitive adhesive sheet that has no residual solvent, is excellent in chemical resistance, water resistance and oil resistance, can form a bond between adherends by a simple process and can effect accurate positioning. SOLUTION: The heat-sensitive adhesive sheet is provided with an adhesive layer 112 having an acid-modified polyolefin layer to be bonded to an adherend by heating to be melted and a substrate film 111 laminated on the adhesive layer 112 to be released after the adhesive layer 112 is bonded to an adherend wherein tackiness or pressure-sensitive adhesion is imparted to the acid-modified polyolefin layer constituting the adhesive layer 112.
