PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light shielding adhesive tape having excellent dropping impact resistance and nearly free from generation of fine bubbles after curing. SOLUTION: In the light shielding adhesive tape which has a resin film layer, a black ink layer and adhesive layers and wherein the adhesive layer is layered on the surface of the black ink layer, the surface of the black ink layer on which the adhesive layer is layered has≤3.5μm maximum sectional height (Rt) in both flow and width directions obtained by measuring its surface contour curve by using a probe having 5μm radius of a probe tip and 90°tapered angle of the probe tip in conditions of 0.3 mm/s measuring speed, 5 mm standard length, 4 mN measuring force and 0.8 mm cutoff value and the adhesive layer has -40 to 0°C peak value (tanδ) of a tangent loss in 1 Hz frequency. Movement and accumulation of the fine bubbles upon curing can be prevented by the light shielding adhesive tape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
