PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide battery drive electronic equipment to which a dummy battery is replaced and attached, where a battery cover is closed in such a state that the dummy battery is housed, and which need not have structure only used to make a power cord pass such as a notch in a housing. SOLUTION: A battery or a dummy battery is housed in a battery housing part 30 as a recessed part made open to the base of the housing 1 and provided in the housing. The battery cover 10 covering the battery housing part 30 and a terminal cover 20 covering a USB terminal 40 are arranged adjacently at the corner part of the housing 1, and are set to open in an opposite direction to each other. When the dummy battery 50 is attached, the power cord 51 is pulled out through the portion of the terminal cover 20, and the battery cover 10 is closed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
