PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability by reducing twisting of the wrist during observation. SOLUTION: The microscope mount 5 comprises a horizontally arranged base part 40, a strut part 20 erected on the base part 40, and an arm part 30 provided at a tip of the strut part 20 in parallel to the base part 40. A first illumination part including an LED illumination substrate 41 and a plurality of LEDs 41a is disposed on the base part 40, and a second illumination part including an LED illuminating substrate 37 and a plurality of LEDs 37a is disposed on the arm part 30. A focusing knob 21 and dimming volumes 22a and 22b are provided on side surfaces of the strut part 20. The dimming volume 22a is disposed on the right side surfaced of the strut part 20 to adjust the light quantity of the LEDs 37a for epi-illumination. The dimming volume 22b is disposed on the left side surface of the strut part 20 to adjust the light quantity of the LEDs 41a for transmitting illumination. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
