PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for vehicle having superior convenience, capable of quickly displaying desired display items. SOLUTION: The display device for vehicle includes a display means 3 for displaying vehicle information by being mounted on the vehicle; an operation switch 1 for changing and displaying the display items of the vehicle information displayed with a display means 3; and a control means 2 for controlling the display means 3, based on a signal from the operation switch 1 and information from various sensors. The control means 2 stores the display history information of the display items to a storage part, and controls the display means 3 so as to regard the order for changing and displaying the display items as the sequence of higher display frequency, based on the display history information.
