PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating toilet seat device capable of reducing a loss in energy, when an air duct of hot air is divided, without blowing the hot air upon the human body. SOLUTION: This heating toilet seat device is characterized by having a hot air generating function part having a casing, a fan arranged inside the casing and blowing air and a heater for heating the air, a toilet seat openably-closably journaled to the casing and containing the air duct for flowing the hot air supplied from the hot air generating function part, a toilet seat motor-driven opening-closing part for opening-closing the toilet seat, a toilet seat opening operation switch for opening the toilet seat by the toilet seat motor-driven opening-closing part, and a control part for stopping operation of the hot air generating function part when operating the toilet seat opening operation switch.
