The system has a tank (200) containing a coolant and closed by a cover so as to leave a space above the maximal level of free surface of the coolant. A homogenization system (500) has a gas venturi scrubber (520) to circulate gas contained in the space towards a gas bubble formation system (530) that generates gas bubbles in the coolant. The scrubber is formed in a closed coolant circulation circuit established by a stirring system.
