Provided is a method for manufacturing a spoked wheel disc, which is improved in productivity and production yield and reduced in a poor weld to its rim. The manufacturing method comprises a preforming step of forming a plurality of raised portions (110) for the basis of reinforcing portions (11) of spoke portions in a substantially circular panel blank (100), concentrically on the outer circumference side than bolt holes (10e), an opening step of opening a plurality of ornamental prototype holes (200) in the raised portions, thereby to form spoke prototype portions (100b) between the adjoining ornamental prototype holes, a disc flange forming step of forming a disc flange (10c) by bending the outer circumference portion of the panel blank having the opened ornamental prototype holes, perpendicularly into parallel to the wheel axis direction, thereby to constitute the upper end edge of the disc flange with the outer edges of the ornamental prototype holes formed, and a spoke portion forming step of forming the spoke portions (10b) by forming the reinforcing portions at the spoke prototype portions.
