The construction has an elastic connecting element, and an angle profile provided corresponding to a complete adjacent reinforcing power pole. A stopper is provided for upward slipping protection of the construction during wind loading. Four large outer angle sections are applied along entire height of the power pole. A belt compresses the angle sections on the power pole via screw joints and an elastomer support. The outer angle sections prevent buckling of the construction during wind loading.
