A method for manufacturing mulberry leaf tea is provided to improve taster and flavor while maintaining effect of medicine of mulberry leaves by aging in lower temperature and roasting the leaves with optimum temperature. A method for manufacturing mulberry leaf tea comprises the following steps of: sorting picked mulberry leaves; removing dirt like dust etc and washing the leaves with water of room temperature; cutting the leaves with fixed size; drying the leaves at about 250°C for 15 ~ 25 minutes; aging the roasted leaves for 24 hours at 0 ~ 40°C; and roasting the aged leaves with a roaster for 10 minutes about 200°C.
