<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a millimeter wave transceiving system capable of efficiently transmitting by radio a television broadcast signal and transmission data transmitted and received through a network by using a millimeter wave. <P>SOLUTION: A master unit 30 collectively upconverts the television broadcast signal and an outgoing data signal generated by the modulator-demodulator 20 of a LAN side into the outgoing signal of a millimeter wave band and transmits the outgoing signal indoors by radio. The transmitted radio wave is received by a slave unit 60 installed indoors, and the slave unit 60 downconverts the received signal to thereby restore the television broadcast signal and the outgoing data signal and outputs them to a television receiver 100 and the modulator-demodulator 90 of the terminal side. The slave unit 60 upconverts an incoming data signal generated by the modulator-demodulator 90 of a terminal side into a millimeter incoming signal and transmits it by radio, and the master unit 30 receives the transmitted radio and downconverts it to thereby generate an incoming data signal, outputting the incoming data signal to the modulator-demodulator 20 of the LAN side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
