<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic form-approving method which prevents omission and improves efficiency in checking. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic form-approving method approving electronic forms includes; a step (S2) which reads out electronic form information including locations of data on electronic forms applied for approval, file names, years, and identifiers of the created applications; a step (S4) which holds information, which corresponds to the electronic form information among file management information including the storage places of application data used for generating the electronic forms, the file names, the years and the identifiers of the applications, as comparison source data information; and a step (S6) which holds the information on the application data of past years, which corresponds to the electronic form information among the file management information, as comparison destination data information. Then, a file corresponding to the comparison source data information is compared with a file corresponding to the comparison destination data information, and, if the result of the comparison satisfies a prescribed criterion, the approval is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
