<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silica glass crucible which secures durability, improve stable support property and achieve a sufficient single crystallization rate. <P>SOLUTION: The silica glass crucible has a first outer layer 2a composed of silica glass into which a crystallization acceleration agent is added, a second outer layer 2b which is formed inside the first outer layer 2a and composed of silica glass into which the crystallization acceleration agent is added to have the concentration of the crystallization acceleration agent 3 times or more than that of the first outer layer 2a, an opaque intermediate layer 3 which is formed inside the second outer layer 2b and composed of silica glass obtained by using a natural raw material, and a transparent inner layer 4 which is formed inside the opaque intermediate layer 3 and composed of silica glass obtained by using a natural raw material or silica glass obtained by using a synthetic raw material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
