<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide radiographic equipment, a radiographic system, and an information processing device enabling to easily measure the average mammary gland dose. <P>SOLUTION: Radiographic equipment 100 takes an image by X-ray irradiation of a phantom 20 having a plurality of constant transmissivity domains 22A to 22D, each of which has different specified transmissivity to the X rays; a medical image reading device 200 obtains image data showing the concerned phantom; a medical image processor 300 estimates a half-value layer of the X rays irradiation based on the image data obtained as well as calculates a correlation value which correlates to the amount of noise contained in a pixel value of a prespecified domain among domains corresponding to a plurality of the constant transmissivity domains of an image shown by the image data, estimates an incident dose based on the correlation value, and derives the average mammary gland dose from the estimated half-value layer and incident dose and displays it. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
