摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint in which a fin is not removed from a tube even if being exposed to a corrosive environment for a long time, to provide a high performance, compact heat exchanger in which a fin material is thinned by using the same, and to provide a method for producing them. SOLUTION: Disclosed is a joint for joining a fin 4 formed of an aluminum alloy and subjected to corrugating and a tube 3 formed of an aluminum alloy and passing through a refrigerant, and is composed of a brazing filler metal made of an Al-Si based alloy. The contact boundary part between the fin 4 and the tube 3 is provided with a fillet 5 having a joining region D in which an Al-Si eutectic structure 5a in the brazing filler metal is not present, and in the longitudinal direction of the fin 4 in the cross-section of the corrugate shape in the fin 4, the length d of the joining region D lies in the range of 0.01 mm≤d≤2 mm.
