PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle, in which a rear suspension is mounted to a center position in a vehicle width direction even with a rear frame assembled thereto, while suppressing deterioration in rigidity of a vehicle body. SOLUTION: A motorcycle (vehicle) 1 comprises: a main frame 3; the rear suspension 26 attached to the main frame 3, and including a main body part 26a for absorbing a shock when a rear wheel 23 is vertically moved and a sub tank part 26b connected to the main body part 26a; and the rear frame extended backward from the main frame 3, and including a pair of a right rail 7b and a left rail 7a extended above the rear suspension 26. In a planar view, a distance D1 in a vehicle width direction (X direction) between the left rail 7a and the right rail 7b is longer than the length D2 in the vehicle width direction (X direction) of the rear suspension 26 including the sub tank part 26b.
