PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an optical resin film which comprises forming a functional layer that has an excellent adhesiveness and a fast drying property and causes no change in the physical and chemical properties of a substrate on the substrate, and also to provide a hard coat film and an antireflection film which are manufactured by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for the optical resin film, at least one functional layer is formed by coating a coating liquid for forming the functional layer which contains a solvent having 5%-80% of a total mass and a permeability of≥1g/(cm<SP>2</SP>×min) to the resin film and contains a reactive curable resin having 20-70 mass% of the total mass using the resin film having at least two phases each having a different volume occupation ratio by voids sequentially in a thickness direction.
