A hydraulic engine mount is provided to reduce dynamic rigidity in the whole frequency area by mounting a plunger unit on a core. A hydraulic engine mount comprises: a core(103) in which a center bolt(101) connected with an engine is inserted into the center; and an insulator(107) having a fluid seal(105) inside which is formed in the outer circumference of the core. In the outer circumference of the insulator, a housing(108) is adhered. An orifice plate(111) is formed at the lower part of the fluid seal of the insulator. In the lower part of the orifice plate, a diaphragm(113) is mounted. In the lower part of the core(103), a plunger unit(1) is formed. The plunger plate(3) is formed in a disk shape.
