The invention provides a film which is little changed in birefringence by external force and which is excellent in dimensional stability under heating and is little changed in birefringence by thermal stress. The invention relates to a film made from a resin composition which comprises a polylactic acid (A) composed of both poly(L-lactic acid) and poly(D-lactic acid) and an acrylic resin (B) and has a crystal melting peak at 190°C or above as determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).
