<p>A centrifugal dregs plasma pump, in which an erosion reduction technique, by flushing the adjusting gap region of the impeller with liquid, is employed. The pump head of which includes a pump housing, an impeller (4) and a lining. At least one injection hole is provided on the pump housing. The lower part of the injection hole is communicated with at least one injection passage which passes through the pump housing and the lining. The outlet of the passage is located on the inner wall of the lining. The specific operating steps include the adjusting gap of the impeller is adjusted to be a gap required for the process before the dregs plasma pump is started to run. And then, high pressure liquid is injected continually through the injection hole on the pump housing. The high pressure liquid flow towards all directions under pressure, and fill up the all adjusting gap of the impeller, and thus it achieves the aim of flushing. So it can efficiently control the existence and circumfluence of the dregs and plasma in the adjusting gap of the impeller of the centrifugal dregs plasma pump, and reduces the wear and erode of interrelated parts.</p> |
