<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and technology for laminating guaranteeing an economical manufacturing through a shortening a cycle time, lowering an energy consumption and by avoiding a rejected article generating. <P>SOLUTION: The laminating apparatus is provided with at least one laminating chamber 3 accommodating a laminated material of members equipping a heating means 5 comprising an installation board 4 and a heat generator 51, a flexible pressurizing film body 2 which separates a bottom chamber space 31 from a top chamber space 32 is stretched airtight together with relatively movable to the installation board 4 above the installation board 4 in the laminating chamber 3, a bottom chamber space 31 is possible to be air-tight and exhausting and ventilating.
