<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a derivation device and a computer program which can accurately derive the contents of nutritional components contained in cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The derivation device 1 derives (S2) food materials, amounts to be used and cooking conditions from cooking information such as a cooking name on the basis of the recorded contents of a cooking database, derives (S3) food material information such as the states, sources and production periods of the food materials from the food materials on the basis of the recorded contents of a food material database, derives (S4) the contents of each nutritional component per unit amount of each food material from cooking conditions such as a cooking method and cooking time and food material information such as the state, source and production period of each food material on the basis of the recorded contents of a nutritional component database, calculates (S5) the contents of respective nutritional components of each food material used for the cooking from the amount to be used of each food material and the contents of respective nutritional components per unit amount of each food material, and outputs (S7) the content of each nutritional component in each food material and the content of each nutritional component of the cooking which is the total amount of the nutritional component in respective food materials. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
