PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: there is no appropriate way of treating a candidate region of deformation bulging out of a range to be trimmed when deforming images. SOLUTION: An image processing device capable of deforming images comprises: a candidate region setting part for setting a region including a specific image on a target image as a candidate region to be a target of deformation processing; an elimination determination part for eliminating candidate regions at least a part of which bulging out when there are candidate regions at least of part of which bulging out of a trimming image cut out by prescribed trimming from the target image; and a deformation processing part for deforming images inside the region with candidate regions other than the eliminated candidate regions as a target.
