PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuse blowout testing device which can make a testing of fuses of different characteristics under a same condition of a current start-up saturation time only by a simple open/close operation of a switch. SOLUTION: The fuse blowout testing device is provided with a current characteristics adjusting portion having a resistance portion which is connected in series with a direct current power source and adjusts a current value, an inductance portion for adjusting a degree of a current start-up and a first switch portion. A plurality of current characteristics adjusting portions are provided in parallel, and a current amount supplied to a fuse can be adjusted by an opening/closing of the first switch portion.
