PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction management device for surface layer-improved ground, which can facilitate the management of rolling thickness dimension of each layer and the checking of the amount of swelling of an improvement body after hardening, and which enables the accurate evaluation of the strength of the improvement body. SOLUTION: This construction management device is equipped with a plurality of rolling thickness dimension management rods 2, 3, etc. of a plurality of layers, having a height dimension corresponding to the rolling thickness dimension of one layer; the unit management rods 2, 3, etc. can be disconnectably connected together in a serial state; and the rolling thickness dimension of each layer can be managed. The construction management device is also equipped with a swelling height dimension management rod 4 which can be connected in a serial state to an upper end of the rolling thickness dimension management rod 3 for managing the rolling thickness dimension of the uppermost layer, and which is provided with a scale 14 for measuring the swelling height dimension on the top surface of the improvement body. Additionally, a bottom plate portion 5 as a resistor for the evaluation of the strength is also provided at the leading end of the rolling thickness dimension management rod 2 for managing the rolling thickness dimension of the lowermost layer.
