PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for promoting hair growth, which can heighten a hair growth promotion effect by efficiently penetrating components effective on hair growth promotion into a deep part of the scalp, and enables to continue the effect without flowing the components out of the scalp. SOLUTION: The system comprises the processes of pre-cleansing, cleansing, floating a dirt matter and a first penetration of the components, washing the dirt matter, shampooing, a second penetration of the components, applying a conditioner, rinsing the conditioner and a third penetration of the components, a first application of a hair growth promoter, promoting penetration of the components and blood circulation together with activating hair-matrix cells, a second application of the hair growth promoter, massaging, promoting penetration of the components and activating the hair-matrix cells, convergence, and hair protection.
