PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a hose to be automatically advanced to the predetermined position in a pipe to be washed, and to perform the washing without monitoring by a skilled worker in a forward manhole. SOLUTION: In a high-pressure washing vehicle, the inside of a pipe to be washed is washed by ejecting high-pressure water from a fore end of a hose inserted in the pipe. The high-pressure washing vehicle comprises a hose reel which is rotatably supported while the hose being wound therearound, a hose reel rotating device for rotating the hose reel in the hose winding direction, a hose length setting means 91 for setting the hose delivery length, a hose length detection means 93 for detecting the delivery length of the hose, and a hose rotation control means 95 for stopping the rotation of the hose reel when the delivery length of the hose detected by the hose length detection means 93 reaches the delivery length of the hose set by the hose length setting means 91.
