PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of reducing road noise. SOLUTION: This suspension device 10 has a left side knuckle member 14L fixed to a left side wheel holding member 12L and extending upward to a vehicle body, a right side knuckle member 14R fixed to a right side wheel holding member 12R and extending upward to the vehicle body, and a connecting member 26 extended in the vehicle width direction and connecting the left side knuckle member and the right side knuckle member, and is constituted so that a falling-in resonance frequency of the left side knuckle member 14L and the right side knuckle member 14R substantially coincides with a transverse resonance frequency of the connecting member 26.
