PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic which can impart sufficiently smooth and soft feeling to the hair both during rinsing and after drying. SOLUTION: The hair cosmetic comprises the following components (a)-(d). (a) An organopolysiloxane containing at least one sugar residue in a molecule. (b) A cationic surfactant.
