<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of establishing an IPOA channel based default administration channel. <P>SOLUTION: An IPOA channel is established between a base station and a base station controller with default configuration of the base station. A BOOTP request is initiated from the base station to an operation and maintenance center so as to establish an operation and maintenance channel between the base station and the base station controller, and the base station acquires an IP address assigned thereto from a response transmitted from the operation and maintenance center. The present invention can solve automatic base station launching problem, and, prevents mIP address conflict and implement parallel launching of the base station. In addition, the operation for establishing the maintenance channel is simplified, a workload is reduced, and reliability is improved. Therefore, the present invention can achieve program and data automatic loading as well as configuration and maintenance of base stations at far end, improves quality, reduces management costs, and is applicable to various networking patterns. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
