<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a card reading system capable of reliably recognizing an infrared ray image (ID of a card, etc.) on the rear surface of the card, which is taken in from a camera, by reducing the influence of infrared ray reflection light of a projection image from a projector in a video projection type card game machine. <P>SOLUTION: The rear surface of a panel 4 is the surface with fine projections/recessions. The video is projected from the projector 6 onto the panel 4. The infrared ray included in the projection image is reflected on the rear surface of the panel 4 and converted into diffusion light by the fine projection/recession surface. Consequently, a reflected infrared image from the projection image to be made incident together with the infrared image on the rear surface of the play card 3 to be made incident on the CCD camera 5 is made a small point image, thereby any adverse influence on the recognition of the infrared image on the rear surface of the play card 3 is not caused. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
