<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speedily decide whether components sucked by a plurality of suction nozzles arranged respectively in an array between a light emission unit and a light reception unit are normal by the light emission unit and light reception unit. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of inspecting a sucked component in a device of mounting a component wherein the plurality of suction heads 24 each having a shaft 22 with a suction nozzle 20 mounted on its lower end are disposed and vertically driven while having respective shafts arranged in line between the light emission unit 10 and light reception unit 12 disposed opposite to each other. Suction nozzles 20 mounted on two or more shafts are driven when components P are sucked to the suction nozzles to position the respective shafts so that lower ends of normal sucked components are aligned with inspection positions right above an optical paths L, and then suction states of the components are inspected at the same time by deciding from light blocking states obtained by the light reception unit 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
