<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin-film solar cell allowing quality control achieved by consolidating management of manufacturing processes, inspection results or checking results by using semipermanently indelible marks. <P>SOLUTION: In this thin-film solar cell 1, a transparent electrode layer 21, a photoelectric conversion layer 22 and a back electrode layer 23 are sequentially formed on one-side surface of a translucent substrate 20, and patterning lines 6, 8 and 9 are respectively arranged on the respective layers to form a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells 2. The thin-film solar cell 1 has an engraved mark 4 by laser processing in a region inside a removal region 7 from which the transparent electrode layer 21, the photoelectric conversion layer 22 and the back electrode layer 23 are removed in a periphery of the translucent substrate 20 without overlapping the patterning lines 6, 8 and 9, and at an inner depth by 1 mm or more from the transparent electrode layer 21 side in the translucent substrate 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
