<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a muffler structure wherein a sub-assembly is not joined to an outer cylinder in the inside of the outer cylinder when welding a mating surface of the outer cylinder which is wound up. <P>SOLUTION: The outer cylinder 80 is formed by rolling and pressing an inner cylinder 82 and the sub assembly 90 of a separator 83 wound up with a plate material 81 from outside and welding the mating surface and the sub-assembly 90 is provided with a recess 95 at a part overlapping a welding part 92 of the outer cylinder 80. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
