PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric structure which allows to have excellent flexibility and excellent transparency to visible light in combination, and to provide a speaker equipped with the same. SOLUTION: The piezoelectric structure 100 has resin layers 10, 11 and 12 each having mutually opposite principal surfaces on both sides, and transparent electrode layers 21 and 22 disposed so that principal surfaces on both sides of the resin layers are held therebetween. Each resin layer includes a transparent resin portion 2 and a plurality of columnar single-crystal bodies 1 dispersed in the resin portion 2 and having piezoelectricity. The columnar single-crystal bodies 1 are dispersed in the resin portion 2 while oriented having long-axis directions almost in parallel to a normal direction of the resin portion, the columnar single-crystal bodies 1 having diameters of≤400 nm and being polarized in the long-axis directions.
