PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrow, accurately hitting a target by reducing the influence of wind, air resistance and so on. SOLUTION: This arrow 10 includes a shaft 12 on which fiber reinforced prepregs 23, 25, 31 are wound, wherein the shaft 12 has a rugged part 30 in which a recessed groove 36 and a projection 38 are alternately disposed along the direction of a major axis at least in a part of the surface. The projection 38 is extended in the circumferential direction orthogonal to the direction of a major axis, or in the spiral turning direction, the apex 38a is formed of a curved surface, and the cross section of the projection 38 is formed to be mainly composed of an obtuse angle by both side parts adjacent to the apex 38a.
